Paul has over 20 years' of experience in logistics, supply chain, retail and eCommerce fulfilment and is responsible for operations across our global network.
Before joining fulfilmentcrowd, Paul was Operations Director for UK 3PL Wincanton, leading transport and warehouse activity for a multi-channel retailer with 700+ branches and a large, complex eCommerce proposition. He has also worked for ASDA, DHL Supply chain and Phones4U in senior operational roles.
As Chief Executive Officer of fulfilmentcrowd, Lee drives our strategic ambition to be a global standard-bearer for excellence in omnichannel logistics solutions and technology. Since being appointed as CEO in 2022, Lee has increased investment in growth, research and development of the company’s unique operating model.
As a 25-year fulfilmentcrowd veteran, Lee is a champion of talent and progression, putting shared values of integrity, teamwork and professionalism at the heart of everything we do.
Jon joined fulfimentcrowd in May 2023 from Victorian Plumbing where he was Head of Commercial Finance. Having qualified as a chartered accountant with EY in 2012, he has subsequently gained over 10 years of experience working in a variety of commercial finance roles, predominantly in eCommerce businesses.
Jon supports the strategic and operational decision-making processes for fulfilmentcrowd as well as ensuring that the financial reporting and control environment is fit for purpose.
Chris has held senior delivery and customer service leadership roles within logistics and final mile delivery for over 25 years.
Prior to his role at fulfilmentcrowd, Chris headed up customer experience (CX) at parcel carrier Hermes (now Evri) and was also CX Director for specialist delivery business Arrow XL prior to heading up the Client Management department at Yodel.
Chris leads the customer service organisation at fulfilmentcrowd and oversees commercial relationships with our global carrier partners.
Lee joined the business over 30 years ago in a programming role before becoming Managing Director in 2007.
Now Chief Technology Officer, Lee leads our product and innovation teams. This group of software architects, UX specialists and programmers develop new functionalities on the fulfilmentcrowd platform which includes order workflow automation, warehouse management, returns, supply chain and open integration.
Shaun has an extensive background in software engineering and has been a member of the fulfilmentcrowd leadership team for 24 years. He has led various key projects for the business including developing a comprehensive data warehouse and deploying Power BI to serve mission-critical information to all stakeholders.
Shaun and his team focus on solution design, custom functionalities and integration with third-party APIs to ensure the fulfilmentcrowd platform is optimised for growth and centrally positioned in the IT ecosystem.
Austin has over 15 years' of experience in product management, design and software engineering. Since joining the company in 2013, he has occupied multiple leadership roles across web design, innovation and product development.
Austin leads multiple product teams that deliver value daily for fulfilment partners, retailers and consumers. He’s won multiple personal and business innovation awards including Lancashire Innovator of the Year and has over 10 years experience in helping ecommerce retailers succeed.
Katie has over 10 years' of experience spanning Sales and Marketing, she has cultivated a rich skill set encompassing design, development, branding, and strategic thinking. Through her diverse experiences, Katie has proven herself as a versatile and innovative marketer, adept at adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
As Head of Brand, Katie takes on a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the company's brand identity. Tasked with developing, maintaining, and promoting the brand's equity, Katie ensures that fulfilmentcrowd's identity resonates with the target audience and stands out in the market.
Sam is a Chartered Accountant (CIMA) with over eight years of post-qualified experience working in multiple organisations of varying size and structure. He brings expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, focusing on driving business growth and optimising financial performance.
Since joining fulfilmentcrowd in June 2022, he has led the development of financial models, margin improvement projects, and business partnering initiatives. Sam collaborates closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to shape the company's financial strategy and is committed to enhancing the overall success and value of the business.
Steve brings 20 years of warehouse management experience to his role at fulfilmentcrowd, where he has been a key team member for the past decade.
Steve leads all of our operations at head office and collaborates closely with the product team to ensure our in-house technology is optimised for warehouse efficiency.
Additionally, Steve oversees training for teams in our partner warehouses, ensuring they are proficient in our technology and adhere to the best practices for picking and packing.
Chelsea is an accomplished operational leader with extensive experience across various industries, including energy, insurance, telecommunications, and supply and logistics. She has successfully overseen numerous strategic sales campaigns and is passionate about achieving exceptional results through effective people management and development.
Chelsea’s strong customer focus has earned her national recognition from the UK Contact Centre Management Association, where she was awarded Highly Commended Team Manager of the Year. Her expertise spans both B2C and B2B sales and service, customer experience, change management, continuous improvement, business transformation, compliance, and colleague engagement.
Rachel qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and gained valuable experience during her four years in the audit function at Mazars. She then transitioned to industry roles, spending the last six years in two PLC businesses where she led the reporting and control environment essential for AIM-listed companies. Most recently, Rachel served as Group Financial Controller at Victorian Plumbing plc.
In her current role, Rachel oversees the daily operations of the Finance team, ensuring that the financial reporting and control environment is robust and effective in supporting the company's sustainable growth.
Ian has a wealth of experience at fulfilmentcrowd, where he has been a vital part of the team for nearly 18 years. In his current role as Business Improvement Manager, Ian focuses on integrating fulfilmentcrowd's systems with third-party applications, creating insightful reports, and continuously optimizing workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and performance.
Ian's journey at fulfilmentcrowd began as a Project Manager, a role he excelled in for almost 12 years, managing complex projects and ensuring successful outcomes. He then advanced to Senior Consultant, where he spent over two years providing strategic guidance and implementing key solutions for the business.
Michelle has worked at fulfilmentcrowd for 23 years. She began as a Project Manager, implementing technology for software customers, and gained extensive experience in various roles. She has managed several teams, served as an Account Manager, and now focuses on managing the network after overseeing the onboarding team.
Michelle loves troubleshooting with partners and collaborating with fulfilmentcrowd teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Working with her team, including Tom, she supports operations and ensures best practices with Network Partners in the UK, EU, and US.
Ronni has 10 years' of industry-agnostic experience in multichannel marketing and communications across both B2B and B2C markets. She joined fulfilmentcrowd in February 2022, having previously led the trade marketing team at Crown Paints and prior to that, was the global marketing lead responsible for go-to-market strategies for the UK, Continental Europe, EMEA, the Americas and Pan Asia for luxury British homeware brands Wedgwood and Royal Albert.
Ronni is responsible for all marketing, communication and inbound lead generation initiatives for the company.
Kim has over 14 years of experience in client-facing and customer service roles. She regularly visits our centres with and on behalf of clients to personally ensure we are consistently exceeding service objectives.
Kim manages multiple key accounts, taking the lead on strategic planning for peak, delivery of new software features and expansion into new countries and markets. She works alongside the customer service team to ensure complex queries are correctly routed, assessed and resolved in a timely manner, with supporting root cause analysis.
Kirsty has spent the last 13 years in account management roles and is a key advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their challenges and opportunities for growth are shared with the right people to drive positive change.
Kirsty is responsible for the management of key accounts in the Clothing, Footwear, Accessories, Health, Lifestyle and Supplement sectors. She works closely with her contacts to support activity forecasting, resource planning, technological change and market expansion.
With over six years of experience in client-facing roles, Marcus brings a strong background in international shipping and B2B delivery to the team.
Marcus manages key accounts across the fashion, household, and health & beauty sectors. He collaborates closely with our wider team to support the growth and success of both new and longstanding clients.

Emma originally joined fulfilmentcrowd in a customer service role and has been successively promoted into her current role in leading all new customer implementation projects.
Emma manages often-complex and concurrent critical paths, drawing on the company's depth of resources in project management, consulting, operations and DevOps. She has personally overseen the successful implementation of 150+ new customers into the fulfilmentcrowd cohort and has vast experience in configuring the supporting systems, processes and carriers agreements.
Sophie works in the Onboarding Team and is responsible for managing the integration of new clients into the business, offering consultancy advice throughout the onboarding programme.
Sophie has over 8 years' of customer facing experience, working for various brands in the UK and Australia prior to joining fulfilmentcrowd. Her experience includes her time in the Contact Advisory team at parcel carrier DHL and previous to that, a number of years in buying for online retailers where she gained experience in SKU management, eCommerce and product development.
Kirsty is a fulfilmentcrowd veteran and has personally onboarded hundreds of brands into the fulfilmentcrowd network.
She supports her colleagues in the onboarding team with specific skills having acquired 20+ years experience in project management, ecommerce operations and warehouse management software. Kirsty is a fulfilmentcrowd platform power user and has vast experience navigating it's broad range of functionalities. This ensures we can always adopt a 'tech-first' approach to any customer requirement.
Matt has 22 years' experience in the logistics, supply chain and warehousing industry and joined fulfilmentcrowd in November 2022 to drive the development of our UK business following a Directorship at Sphere Group.
Matt works alongside the wider Commercial team, supporting brands across the UK and Europe in deploying bespoke 3PL solutions.
Matt specialises in supporting high-growth brands in the DIY, Pets & Garden, Homewares & Furnishings and Technology & Home Electricals sectors.
Sunil has 7 years' experience with the supply chain and logistics industry. Before joining fulfilmentcrowd, Sunil started his career with eCommerce giant ASOS as a Logistics Analyst, shortly moving to XPO and GXO Logistics where he saw a succession of promotions into a Business Development Manager Role.
He served as Director of Business Development with Radial Europe before joining fulfilmentcrowd to drive development across the UK and EU.
Sunil specialises in supporting high-growth brands in the Beauty & Cosmetics and Clothing, Footwear & Accessories sectors.
Patrick is based on the continent and represents fulfilmentcrowd throughout Europe, in particular the Netherlands and Germany. He has worked alongside fulfilmentcrowd for 5 years, officially joining the Commercial team in November 2022.
He has significant experience in eCommerce, logistics and fulfilment industries and spent a number of years leading our operations team in the Bocholt fulfilment centre.
Patrick is multilingual, speaking Dutch, German, English and French and specialises in supporting European brands expand within the EU or into the UK and US.
